Viktoria has taken more steps than most, spending ten years at IHG, climbing from Trainee to Quality Executive. A decade on, she still cherishes the warm, inclusive atmosphere at IHG. Viktoria explains how caring for each other fosters teamwork and excellent results. In-house training and support through personal development plans have also been crucial in helping her leadership competencies advance to her current level. However, she is still learning, and with new perspectives and expectations, still aiming higher.

What do you love most about working for IHG?
Being a part of great company, which is taking care of each employee. It is always a great atmosphere, since everyone is happy to be working for IHG.

How has working at IHG helped you in your career?
Since starting in 2008, I have been assisted with great support by IHG throughout my career. I started as a trainee and have risen to the position of Quality Executive.

What skills have you obtained/improved on while working at IHG?
With my Personal Development Plan, I learned the necessary skills to become a manager in this great company. My leadership competencies have been grown with programs like ‘Leading Others’.

What three words would you use to describe working here?
Passion, team work and great results!
What do you love most about your job?
Each day, my job is giving me the new chance to learn about new perspectives, different cultures and expectations. There are always new challenges, which offer me to go one step forward in a new direction.
