Originally from Uruguay, Diego Padula has spent the past two decades building an international career that spans Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. His diverse background includes time with leading global brands, and a defining chapter in Oman where he transitioned from F&B leadership into full-spectrum hotel management.
As GM of Kimpton Grand Roatán, Honduras' first international five-star hotel, Diego brings purpose, pride and personal creativity to every guest experience. A strong believer in the power of culture and community, he’s known for his flair for design, passion for food and wine, and commitment to developing the next generation of hospitality leaders.
