Key responsibilities include:

• Handle issues with empathy; contact Direct Manager if needed.

• Collaborate with all departments for smooth operations.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.

• Check out with Supervisor before leaving; maintain your station.

• Be knowledgeable about Six Senses Con Dao’s services, menu items, and POS equipment.

• Follow safety policies and maintain guest privacy.

• Participate in training to enhance skills and guest satisfaction.

• Greet guests courteously and handle service efficiently.

• Fulfill reasonable additional tasks and report maintenance issues.

• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a clean work area.

• Verify guest and room charges.

• Know resort offerings and team goals.

• Arrive on time in proper uniform and be present throughout service.

Responsible Business & Compliance

All operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

The role requires:

• 1+ year of experience in food & beverage service; hospitality background required.

• Familiar with restaurant/bar setup, service standards, and procedures.

• Additional training or courses in F&B service are a plus.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills.

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, operational guidelines, and service philosophy.
