Waiter / Waitress

We are a people-powered business. So, we’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress who understands that great service begins with genuine hospitality. Someone with a warm personality, a passion for guest interaction, and the confidence to deliver exceptional dining experiences that make every visit memorable.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, and offering recommendations based on guest preferences.

Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring all special requests are communicated properly to the kitchen and bar.

Serving food and drinks promptly, following service standards and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Checking in with guests throughout their dining experience and ensuring satisfaction with meals and service.

Handling payments, bills, and cashiering tasks according to hotel procedures.

Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations to ensure a welcoming environment.

Setting up dining areas, replenishing cutlery, napkins, and equipment for smooth service operations.

Coordinating with the kitchen, bar, and hostess team to ensure seamless guest flow.

Addressing guest concerns politely and promptly, escalating issues when necessary.

Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is a plus.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating memorable moments for guests.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Must speak fluent English; additional languages may be preferred.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
