About the Role

As our Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations across our Food & Beverage outlets. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will drive service excellence, build a strong team culture, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience every time.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your energy, creativity, and attention to detail will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets within the hotel
  • Inspire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team
  • Ensure exceptional guest service aligned with IHG brand standards
  • Manage rostering, labour costs, and operational efficiency
  • Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, and local engagement
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements
  • Monitor and achieve financial targets including budgets and KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience

 

About You

  • Proven experience in a Venue Manager or senior F&B leadership role within hotels, restaurants, or premium venues
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations (preferred)
  • A natural leader who motivates and empowers teams
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Commercially savvy with strong financial and operational acumen
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
