The Role
This leader will manage the development, operation and performance of franchised Premium hotels according to IHG strategic plan. The team provides the delivery of Franchise services and maintains franchise relations. This team also assists business development with prospective owned, leased, joint venture managed or franchised hotels and resorts. Responsible for 1,000+ Franchised Hotels.
Your Day-to-Day
- Overall Performance: Accountable for Premium IHG brands' performance through business plan development and implementation.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement distribution and brand value strategies based on market trends and research.
- Sales & Revenue: Support operationalizing sales and revenue strategies to maximize hotel franchise revenue and service performance.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with key stakeholders to maximize hotel performance and profitability while maintaining brand standards.
- Operational Excellence: Drive innovations for continuous improvements in customer service, revenue, and cost control.
- Financial Supervision: Supervise financial activities, ensure healthy P&L, enforce controls, and oversee external audits.
- Legal & Licensing: Coordinate with Franchise Administration and Legal Department for proper licensing and legal management.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 10-12+ years in higher-level operations roles, leading multi-unit, branded operations in both company-managed and franchised hotels.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep industry (and IHG) experience and knowledge.
- Operational Proficiency: Proficiency in multiple disciplines/technologies and processes related to hotel operations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data to drive business performance solutions.
- Strategic Execution: Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical projects in regional and multi-hotel settings.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and developing people, with a comprehensive understanding of regional cultural and political characteristics.
Location: Atlanta, GA. Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
Travel: 10%
The salary range for this role is $147,084 to $300,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
