Turndown / Overnight Spa Attendant - Six Senses Crans Montana

Duties and Responsibilities  

As Turndown / Overnight Spa Attendant, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

• Perform thorough nightly deep cleaning of all spa and wellness areas including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, wet areas, gym, and public areas. 

• Clean and sanitize steam rooms, saunas, experience showers, pools (surrounding areas), and washrooms according to hygiene protocols. 

• Ensure all floors, surfaces, glass, mirrors, and fixtures are cleaned and polished to brand standards. 

• Ensure all spa equipment is cleaned, sanitized, well maintained, and in safe condition. 

• Monitor and report maintenance issues immediately. 

• Support periodic intensive cleaning schedules (weekly/monthly tasks). 

• Clean rooms including stayover and departures  

• Support the Housekeeping team in delivering evening turndown service as per Six Senses standards. 

• Prepare guest rooms for nighttime comfort including bed turndown, bathroom refresh, towel replacement where required, and replenishment of amenities. 

• Ensure guest rooms are presented in a serene, clean, and welcoming condition aligned with Sleep With Six Senses standards. 

• Handle guest requests during evening shifts in a professional and courteous manner. 

Qualifications 

To execute the position of Turndown / Overnight Spa Attendant, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: 

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years hotel experience. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred. 

Fluent in English or French

EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization required
