Hiring Salary: 5000 - 6000
1. 负责酒店车队调度、车辆维护与司机团队管理，保障宾客接送与礼宾用车安全准点；
2. 制定安全驾驶、车辆保养与调度规范，监控车况与油耗，控制运营成本；
3. 统筹 VIP、团队及日常用车需求，合理派车并跟进突发/应急调度；
4. 培训司机服务意识与安全规范，维护车容车貌与乘客体验；
5. 管理车辆保险、年检、证照与维修台账，确保合规可控；
6. 配合安保与前厅，保障夜间及特殊时段用车秩序与安全。
1. 高中 / 中专及以上学历，物流、旅游或相关专业优先；
2. 2 年以上酒店车队、礼宾交通或大型车队调度管理经验；
3. 持有效 C1 及以上驾驶证，熟悉本地路况与旅游动线，无重大交通责任事故；
4. 熟悉车辆日常保养、年检、保险及派遣台账管理，具备基础成本意识；
5. 服务意识强，具备宾客接送礼仪与突发交通状况的应急处理能力；
6. 沟通协调良好，能适应早班、晚班及节假日轮值。
