About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, organized, and performance-driven Learning & Quality Manager to join the leadership team at Crowne Plaza Resort Petra as we prepare for our highly anticipated reopening.


Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and working closely with the General Manager, this role is key to embedding IHG’s culture of excellence through learning, development, and quality assurance. The Learning & Quality Manager will oversee all training activities, drive the hotel’s quality and brand audit readiness, and ensure that every colleague delivers exceptional guest experiences that reflect IHG’s standards and values.


This is a unique opportunity to play a vital part in shaping the culture, skills, and service excellence of one of Jordan’s most historic hospitality landmarks.

 

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Quality, or Human Resources within an international hotel environment.

• Proven success in training design, facilitation, and quality management systems.

• Strong knowledge of IHG standards, HeartBeat, and Brand Audit processes is an advantage.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HR, or a related field.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
