Join our team as an Engineer and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel systems, equipment, and facilities. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, a proactive approach to maintenance, and a dedication to creating an exceptional guest experience through operational excellence.

 

A little taste of your day-to-day: 
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across all hotel systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and general building works).
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty components to ensure minimal downtime.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and materials.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and energy-saving standards.
• Collaborate with other engineers and trades to deliver seamless maintenance services.
• Support hotel operations during special events, renovations, and emergencies.
• Uphold the hotel’s brand standards in all maintenance and repair work.


What we need from you: 
• Trade certification or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a hospitality or commercial property maintenance role.
• Proven hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies.
