【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店各类设施设备的日常检查、维护及维修工作，包括但不限于水电系统、空调系统、消防系统、管道系统等
2、及时响应并处理酒店各部门报修需求，确保维修工作高效完成
3、定期对酒店设施设备进行预防性维护保养，降低故障率
4、协助处理突发性设备故障或紧急维修事件
5、做好维修记录及设备档案管理，定期提交维修报告
6、配合其他部门完成相关设施设备的安装、调试及改造工作
7、遵守安全操作规程，确保维修作业符合安全规范
【岗位要求】
1、具备基本的维修技能，熟悉水电、木工、油漆等常见维修工作
2、能熟练使用各类维修工具及设备
3、具备较强的动手能力及问题解决能力
4、工作认真负责，能适应弹性工作时间及紧急加班
5、具有良好的服务意识及团队协作精神
6、持有相关职业资格证书（如电工证、焊工证等）者优先
7、有酒店维修工作经验者优先
