  • Strategic Influence: You’ll be a key member of the EMEAA TA senior leadership team, accountable for all recruitment delivery in EAPAC through your team. Your insights will help shape both local and global talent strategies.
  • Leadership Opportunity: Lead and coach a talented team of Recruiters, Talent Scouts and Administrators, fostering a culture of inclusion, excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Innovation & Growth: Spearhead initiatives to elevate our recruitment services & processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders alike.
  • Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Own relationships with VP/SVP regional leaders, driving proactive workforce planning and talent readiness.
  • Impactful Delivery: Build and execute a proactive, data-driven recruitment model that delivers talent ahead of demand, supporting business growth and transformation.

     

What You’ll Do

  • Inspire and lead the EAPAC Talent Acquisition team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to implement innovative solutions and stay ahead in the ever-evolving recruitment landscape.
  • Be accountable to Director and VP stakeholders for all recruitment activities in EAPAC whilst leading on some global TA projects to assist your development.
  • Utilise global sourcing capabilities to build a talent pipeline that meets future business needs.
  • Turn global TA strategy into actionable, local plans that deliver measurable results.
