We’re now looking for a skilled and driven Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and lead the recruitment of General Manager roles across Southeast Asia and Australia  with a strong focus on key markets including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The role will be reporting to the EAPAC Talant Acquistion Lead

In this strategic role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across our premium hotel brands, working closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and TA Centers of Excellence. Your key focus will be building high-quality talent pipelines, proactively sourcing leadership candidates, and delivering best-in-class recruitment outcomes. You’ll partner with business leaders to shape role requirements, craft effective sourcing strategies, conduct market mapping, and deliver strong candidate shortlists. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience, championing diversity, and supporting our employer branding efforts across the region.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including a minimum of 2 years hiring within South East Asia. Hospitality industry knowledge is preferred but not essential. You’ll have a solid grasp of the talent landscape in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, and be confident working independently in a matrixed environment. Strong stakeholder engagement, sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver under pressure are essential.
