• Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the housekeeping department, ensuring that the cleaning, disinfection, and storage of tableware, kitchenware, and equipment comply with the hotel's hygiene standards.

•Develop and implement the work procedures and standard operating procedures for the service department, and supervise employees to strictly follow them.
制定并执行管事部的工作流程与标准操作程序,监督员工严格执行
•Arrange shifts reasonably and assign tasks, ensuring that the personnel allocation at each time period meets the operational requirements.
合理排班并分配工作任务,确保各时段人员配置满足运营需求
• Regularly inspect the maintenance status of cleaning equipment and coordinate with the engineering department for repairs and maintenance.
定期检查清洁设备维护状况,协调工程部进行维修保养
•Strictly control the inventory of cleaning supplies and consumables, and effectively manage costs.
严格控制清洁用品及耗材的库存,做好成本管控
• Train new employees and continuously enhance the professional skills of the team. Conduct regular assessments on hygiene and safety knowledge.
培训新员工并持续提升团队专业技能,定期进行卫生安全知识考核
•Cooperate with the kitchen and catering departments to ensure the logistical support for large-scale banquet events.
配合厨房及餐饮部门完成大型宴会活动的后勤保障工作
•Handle sudden emergency situations and promptly resolve various issues arising in the operation process.
处理突发应急事件,及时解决运营中的各类问题
•Those with experience in the hotel housekeeping department or related positions will be given priority. Those with experience in team management are even better.
具备酒店管事部或相关岗位工作经验者优先,有团队管理经验更佳
•Be familiar with the hotel's hygiene and safety management system as well as the standard procedures for dish disinfection.
熟悉酒店卫生安全管理体系及餐具消毒流程标准
•Master the operation methods of various cleaning equipment and be able to troubleshoot simple faults.
掌握各类清洁设备的使用方法及简单故障排除
•Possess strong organizational and coordination skills as well as the ability to handle emergencies.
具备较强的组织协调能力和突发事件处理能力
•Able to adapt to the shift work system. Must be on duty during holidays and peak periods.
能适应倒班工作制,节假日及高峰期需在岗值守
•Work meticulously and conscientiously, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and have excellent stress-resistance capabilities.
