We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Steward Supervisor to join the pre-opening team of Crowne Plaza Resort Petra. You will be responsible for supervising all stewarding operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations within a hotel or resort environment.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of stewards to achieve operational excellence.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage cleaning schedules, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) and chemical usage
