岗位职责:
-遵守规定的结账程序。
-积极的实行节约成本的方法。
-尽可能再利用能源,有效的控制存货
-控制食品，饮料成本。
-监督员工餐厅餐具的使用，减少丢失及破损。
-做好粽子、月饼及圣诞票等销售工作
-遵守酒店的各项规定。监督部门工作标准和程序手册中列出的各项规范的贯彻执行
-严格遵守卫生法，做到食品生熟分开，有变质有异味的食品不制作，坚决杜绝食物中毒事件发生
-清洁并整理工作区域
-遵守开始营业和结束营业的程序
任职要求：
具有烹饪学历或证书
1年以上的相关工作经验。
中专以上学历
