What We Need from You:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by understanding their preferences and exceeding expectations.
- Oversee all spa operations, maintaining pristine facilities and top-tier service.
- Lead a team of skilled receptionists and therapists, ensuring they provide expert knowledge with a personal touch.
- Deliver a seamless, personalized spa journey from booking to departure.
- Follow standards and procedures while adding creativity and warmth to guest interactions.
- Recruit passionate, personable individuals who embody hospitality. 
- Foster a positive work environment that supports team growth and individuality. 
- Maintain high service standards through clear communication, respect, and teamwork. 
- Ensure staff present a polished, professional image in line with company guidelines. 
- Provide development opportunities and ensure compliance with legal requirements.  
- Create a calm, relaxing environment where guests feel valued and staff thrive. 
- Ensure first and last impressions are memorable and positive. 
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, from arrival to checkout. 
- Guarantee accurate billing and a smooth guest experience.
