Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, preparing, and executing menus for All Day Dining outlets

Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation

Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent performance

Manage kitchen operations, including cost control, inventory, and stock management

Collaborate with other F&B outlets and departments for smooth service

Assist in pre-opening activities such as menu development, staff training, and kitchen setup

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand guidelines

Support the Executive Chef in implementing new culinary concepts and seasonal menus

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in International hotels or fine dining restaurants

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and cost management

Leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate the team

Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and flavor balance

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Good command of English and Bangla
