Five years of chef work experience, including two years of management experience, or a background combining equivalent education and relevant work experience. Have experience in catering or kitchen operation.

A college degree or professional certificate in catering skills or related fields.

Possess the ability to solve problems, reason, call for action, organize and train.

Hold a certificate of knowledge course on alcoholic beverages as stipulated by the local government, or a food service license, or a valid health or food work permit.
