ソーシャルメディア＆マーケティング・エグゼクティブとして、ANAインターコンチネンタルホテル東京のソーシャルメディア・プラットフォームの管理をお任せします。すべてのチャネルでゲストやクライアントのペルソナに合わせた魅力的なコンテンツを開発し、市場で際立ったUSPを作り出し、商業的リターンを創出する役割を担っていただきます。ソーシャルおよびデジタルチャネルを最適化することで、主要セグメントにおけるホテルのポジションと市場パフォーマンスを強化し、総収益に貢献していただきます。

≪必須スキル・経験≫
- デジタルメディアとソーシャルメディアに対する強い理解、およびこれらのチャンネルに必要なコンテンツの理解
- ソーシャルメディア・プラットフォームの使用、分析に長けていること
- マーケティング的な視点で物事を捉え、ストーリーを創出し、B to C向けにコンテンツ（コピー、映像）作成と編集する能力
- 顧客、従業員、インフルエンサー、第三者と接し、ホテル、ブランド、会社にプラスのイメージをもたらす卓越したコミュニケーション能力
- 複数の業務を的確に扱い、プロジェクトを管理し、ステークホルダーとの良好な関係を構築しリードするスキル
-日本語と英語のスキルがあること（Speaking & Writing）

Main Job Description

As a Social Media & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the social media platforms of ANA InterContinental Tokyo. You will develop compelling content tailored to the personas of guests and clients across all channels, create a unique selling proposition (USP) that stands out in the market, and drive commercial returns. By optimizing social and digital channels, you will strengthen the hotel's position and market performance in key segments and contribute to overall revenue.

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong understanding of digital media and social media, as well as the content required for these channels

- Proficiency in using and analyzing social media platforms

- Ability to view things from a marketing perspective, create stories, and create and edit content (copy, video) for B2C purposes

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, influencers, and third parties, and bring a positive image to the hotel, brand, and company

- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, manage projects, and build and lead relationships with stakeholders

- Proficiency in Japanese and English (speaking and writing)
