Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including domestic and overseas platforms, e.g., RED, Wechat, Douyin, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., brand marketing, loyalty marketing, digital product, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and content across all channels.
- Manage social media campaigns, operation and budgets to maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around our brand
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach
Education
- Bachelor's or above in Marketing, Analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Proven track record of growing social media audiences and increasing engagement.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to achieve results in a matrix environment.
- Team player with strong drive and willing to lead in driving initiatives, working effectively across organizations, and creating unique approaches to developing new revenue opportunities.
