Sales Leadership

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans in alignment with the hotel’s business goals.
  2. Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
  3. Identify high-value market segments, trends, and opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  4. Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in budget planning and revenue forecasting.

Business Development

  1. Drive acquisition of new corporate, MICE, leisure, and group accounts through strategic outreach.
  2. Represent the hotel in key business negotiations and high-profile client meetings.
  3. Organize and lead site inspections, sales trips, client entertainment, and presentations.

Account Management

  1. Manage a portfolio of top-tier and strategic accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
  2. Build strong client relationships and maintain consistent, personalized engagement.
  3. Monitor account performance and proactively address potential revenue shortfalls with tailored strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination

  1. Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met and service delivery exceeds expectations.
  2. Provide regular updates, market insights, and performance reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  3. Coordinate sales activities with marketing campaigns to maximize brand exposure.

Client Experience:

  1. Ensure outstanding service to all clients before, during, and after their engagement with the hotel.
  2. Collect and utilize feedback to improve client satisfaction and enhance offerings.

Team Development:

  1. Mentor, coach, and develop junior sales team members, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
  2. Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
  3. Champion best practices and lead by example in sales professionalism and service standards.
