Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans in alignment with the hotel’s business goals.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
- Identify high-value market segments, trends, and opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in budget planning and revenue forecasting.
Business Development
- Drive acquisition of new corporate, MICE, leisure, and group accounts through strategic outreach.
- Represent the hotel in key business negotiations and high-profile client meetings.
- Organize and lead site inspections, sales trips, client entertainment, and presentations.
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of top-tier and strategic accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain consistent, personalized engagement.
- Monitor account performance and proactively address potential revenue shortfalls with tailored strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are met and service delivery exceeds expectations.
- Provide regular updates, market insights, and performance reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Coordinate sales activities with marketing campaigns to maximize brand exposure.
Client Experience:
- Ensure outstanding service to all clients before, during, and after their engagement with the hotel.
- Collect and utilize feedback to improve client satisfaction and enhance offerings.
Team Development:
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior sales team members, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
- Champion best practices and lead by example in sales professionalism and service standards.
