Your Day to Day
- Provide a professional, customer‑focused reception experience for all visitors and colleagues.
- Oversee office coordination, ensuring the workplace remains safe, tidy and well‑maintained.
- Manage mailroom operations, courier services, vendor coordination and office supplies.
- Support office logistics including seating plans, moves, events, meetings and internal communications.
- Supervise cleaners and guide the office administrator to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
What We Need From You
- 3–5 years’ experience in administrative, secretarial, facilities or office coordination roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with confidence.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain professionalism in all situations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general administrative tools.
