This role supports the brand equity management and development efforts in alignment with the short and long-term brand strategy for assigned brands in the Greater China Region. This role focuses on executing integrated brand campaigns, supporting brand marketing activities, and assisting in the analysis of consumer insights and market data to drive brand growth and revenue opportunities.
Your day to day
• Brand Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of integrated brand marketing campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regional strategy.
• Brand Marketing Support: Support brand advertising, partnership initiatives, and communications activities by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Consumer Insights & Market Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, gather consumer and competitor data, and prepare reports to support brand strategy development and performance evaluation.
• Branded Guest Experience: Collaborate with Operations and Guest Experience teams to support the deployment of branded initiatives and ensure consistent brand delivery at the hotel level.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Development, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to facilitate smooth execution of brand programs and initiatives.
• Budget Support: Assist in tracking campaign budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with company protocols and timely reporting.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular updates to inform stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in hospitality or consumer goods.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
