This role is to lead the brand strategy of two luxury & lifestyle brands in GC with brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with the global brand strategy as well as customized for regional needs. This role drives brand equity, customer engagement, and commercial performance across different touchpoints.
Your day to day
• Lead brand strategy and annual brand plan development & implementation for GC with market nuances.
• Lead the brand communication strategy and plan in Greater China, work closely with PR, MSS, loyalty, and commercial team to ensure integrated marketing activities delivered.
• Lead localization of brand initiatives if needed.
• Lead brand consultants to support individual hotel branding process if needed.
• Support and validate global various guidelines and playbooks.
• Work with finance and procurement to make sure contracts and POs compliant with process; and payment to vendors in time.
What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce
• At least 10 years’ experience in marketing and brand management. Experience in hospitality industry is preferred
• Experience in project management across multifunctional team both internal and external
• Budget responsibility
• People management
• Strong branding capabilities, especially in positioning, concept writing, etc.
• Strong verbal and written presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data, consumer insights to formulate strategies
• Strong passion and interest in hospitality or travel related industry
