As Senior Brand Manager, Luxury & Lifestyle Americas, you will play a critical role in bringing these brands to life across the region. You will be responsible for translating global brand strategies into regionally relevant programs, ensuring excellence in delivery, and championing brand clarity across all guest and stakeholder touchpoints from development and design to service and experience. Partnering closely with global brand teams, hotel owners, operators, and internal stakeholders, you will serve as the key connector who ensures each property not only meets brand standards but delivers a distinctively branded, exceptional guest experience.
Your day to day
Contribute to and execute brand plans for assigned Luxury & Lifestyle brands in the Americas, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market relevance.
Partner with global brand teams and cross functional teams to localize and implement brand programs that keep the portfolio fresh, relevant, and experience driven.
Support the launch, rollout, and sustainment of key brand initiatives in the market to ensure consistent delivery and long-term impact.
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across service, design, programming, and marketing initiatives in the region.
Lead development of hotel and restaurant and bar concepts, including brand positioning, identity, guest journey, and programming for new projects across Luxury & Lifestyle Americas.
Partner with global teams, Owners, Operations, Development, and Design to deliver brand programs, guide new project approvals, and oversee execution through openings and post-opening support to ensure on-strategy, branded guest experiences.
Monitor brand performance and quality scores, share actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Establish effective feedback loops with regional teams and properties to strengthen brand delivery and maintain competitive advantage.
Cultivate strong relationships with key regional vendors and suppliers critical to delivering brand hallmarks.
Represent IHG at regional brand forums and owner engagements to advocate for brand integrity and strengthen strategic partnerships.
What we need from you
Bachelor's or master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education
At least 5 to 8 years in lifestyle and luxury hospitality, real estate or development – brand experience preferred
Outstanding project management skills
Experience in engaging cross-functional working partnerships in a global organization
Strong decision making and analytical skills with clear understanding of impact on IHG success
Strong people, enterprise, communication and leadership skills
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $125,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
