We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand PR (Europe) to join our Global HQ team in Windsor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a rare opportunity to lead the charge in developing and delivering breakthrough PR campaigns that win the hearts and minds of travellers, strengthen our brands, and drive commercial results.

Working closely with global and regional teams, you’ll be the driving force behind IHG’s European Brand PR strategy – creating bold, integrated communications that resonate across cultures and markets. From big brand moments to everyday storytelling, you’ll craft campaigns that put our brands at the centre of conversations that matter.
Oversee and deliver the Europe Brand PR calendar: launching stand-out brand PR campaigns, fostering always on influencer collaborations and overseeing our busy European press office
Manage and inspire the Europe Brand PR team, fostering creativity, collaboration and professional growth.
Collaborate with multiple teams across IHG (Marketing, Social Media, Corporate Communications, Commercial) to bring global brand PR strategies to life in key European markets.
Develop media-worthy narratives, press materials and assets that make our stories shine across Europe.
Partner with and guide a talented agency network to deliver consistent, creative and impactful campaigns.
Deliver data-driven PR results; measuring performance and impact to ensure every story contributes to brand and business success.
What you'll bring:
A confident and creative PR leader who thrives on turning strategy into standout storytelling.
6–10 years’ experience in external communications or brand PR, ideally in an international environment (in-house or agency).
Proven experience developing and executing high-impact, consumer-focused PR campaigns.
Exceptional writing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong agency management experience and an eye for creative detail.
A passion for travel, culture, and brand storytelling that cuts through.
