About the role

We're looking for a Senior Manager Brand Safety to join our Hotel Lifecycle & Growth team in Germany for an 18 month fixed term contract.

This role will play a key part in the integration of Hotel Portfolio’s into IHG's brands. Working across IHG and various portfolio stakeholders, you'll coordinate and track the delivery of brand safety & local code requirements identified during the pre-deal due diligence process, helping ensure hotels are integrated safely, efficiently and within agreed timelines.

You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, compliant hotels ready to open on schedule as IHG-branded properties.

In this role, you will ensure IHG brand standards and local regulatory requirements are assessed, documented, and aligned to project timelines.

  • Leading the process with IHG and the assigned project team to resolve identified brand safety & local code shortfalls.
  • Tracking progress, maintaining auditable records and ensuring clear visibility of completion status.
  • Working directly with IHG and the local hotel teams and stakeholders to agree practical solutions for complex properties.
  • Conducting regular site visits to support implementation, provide and issue resolution required and report on the progress of works.
  • Act as a central point of communication, coordination and reporting for all project stakeholders across the duration of the signing to opening program.
  • Remain engaged post opening to ensure any unfinished activities are addressed and to support the Hotel Operator in the first few months
