Senior Manager - APAC Luxury Design & Detailing - Thailand

Your Day to Day

• Lead and manage technical services activities for assigned projects, ensuring design intent and quality are delivered from early concept to opening. 
• Coordinate with internal teams—design, operations, pre‑opening, HR, and others—to align functional and project requirements.
• Review design submissions at all stages, consolidating feedback and guiding project teams toward the best solutions. 
• Prepare and present project documentation, including pitch decks, area programs, and kick‑off materials. 
• Support development efforts by contributing to pipeline growth for both new builds and conversions.

What We Need From You

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 
• Proven experience delivering luxury hospitality or resort design projects, working closely with consultants and project teams. 
• Strong project management capabilities with confidence in coordination, negotiation and stakeholder communication. 
• Ability to thrive in multicultural, multinational environments with excellent organisational and follow‑through skills.
