About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Franchise Auditor to join our Revenue Compliance & Audit team supporting franchise hotels across EMEAA.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in protecting brand integrity and financial accuracy by ensuring franchise hotels report revenues in line with Franchise License Agreements. You’ll lead revenue compliance audits end to end, partner closely with hotel leadership and internal stakeholders, and make well judged recommendations that drive transparency, consistency and continuous improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong audit or finance background who enjoys working independently, building trusted relationships, and influencing outcomes in an international environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

•    Plan and conduct revenue compliance audits for franchise hotels across EMEAA
•    Assess reported gross room revenues against Franchise License Agreements
•    Analyse data, identify exceptions, and clearly document audit findings
•    Communicate results to hotel General Managers and corporate stakeholders
•    Recommend corrective actions, negotiate settlements, and escalate potential risks or fraud where required
•    Contribute to ongoing improvement of audit methodologies, tools, and risk assessment approaches
•    Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Franchise teams to resolve ambiguities and strengthen controls
•    Deliver agreed annual audit targets while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards

Who We’re Looking For

•    Experience in internal audit, corporate accounting, or operations within the hospitality sector.
•    Strong understanding of hotel revenue reporting standards and processes
•    Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including Hotel General Managers
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•    High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office and exposure to hotel property management systems
•    Willingness to travel regionally as required (up to 40%)

Closing date for applications: 8th May 2026
