This role steers Commercial & Marketing forum through planning to execution & measurement, as well as being the GC owner for global revenue & pricing strategy.
Your Day to Day
- Driver Enterprise Performance partnering with Commercial & Ops teams and support regional commercial teams drive RevPAR and RGI performance
- Support regions to activate Commercial tools and levers to drive performance
- Provide all reporting for Analytics/Revenue Committees and lead any analytics ad-hoc requests
- Identify and determine pricing opportunities across segments in partnership with the Revenue and commercial teams and work with Pricing teams to support regional campaign and promotion activities.
- Identifies channel opportunities, including but not limited to owned channels to unlock commercial performance.
- Provide Commercial Support on Global commercial platforms and tools including but not limited to Revenue Management, Channels and Sales
- Coordinate with regional product teams on region touchpoints
- Feedback needs for Planning process/capital needs
What We Need From You
- Key understanding of key metrics and analytics that drive Commercial Performance
- Knowledge of Functional Areas (Pricing, Revenue Management, Systems, Data)
- 10 years plus in Commercial roles in Sales, Distribution, Revenue Management and Pricing
- 5 years experience of leading Teams
- Experience working in a Matrix organisation across functional groups having to use impact and influence to drive results
Strong commercial acumen with proven success in sales & marketing activity returns. - Exposure to integrated channel activity & optimization.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations to ensure solutions can be implemented effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
