We’re searching for a Security Supervisor to lead our security operations, supervise the security team, and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Supervising daily security operations to ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, hotel assets, and premises
● Leading, briefing, and motivating security colleagues to maintain high standards of vigilance, professionalism, and service
● Monitoring access points, entrances, exits, back-of-house areas, and restricted areas to ensure appropriate access control
● Conducting regular patrols of the hotel premises, including guest areas, back-of-house areas, parking areas, and other designated locations
● Monitoring CCTV systems and security equipment and promptly reporting or responding to any unusual or suspicious activity
● Responding promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, disturbances, and other situations requiring security intervention
● Preparing accurate incident reports, security logs, occurrence books, and other required documentation
● Coordinating closely with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Human Resources, and other departments to address security and safety concerns
● Supporting the implementation and monitoring of hotel emergency procedures, evacuation plans, fire safety procedures, and crisis response protocols
● Assisting with crowd control, VIP movements, special events, conferences, weddings, and other high-occupancy or high-profile hotel activities when required
● Monitoring the movement of colleagues, contractors, suppliers, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with established hotel security procedures
● Supporting investigations into incidents such as theft, loss, damage, guest complaints, unauthorized access, or other security-related matters while maintaining confidentiality
● Ensuring lost and found items are handled, recorded, secured, and transferred in accordance with hotel procedures
● Liaising with local police, emergency services, fire authorities, and other relevant agencies when required
● Conducting regular checks of fire exits, emergency equipment, security systems, and other safety-related areas and reporting deficiencies promptly
● Assisting with security training, drills, briefings, and awareness programs for security colleagues and other hotel teams
● Ensuring compliance with hotel security policies, local laws, health and safety requirements, and established emergency procedures

What We need from you:

● Diploma or higher education qualification in Security Management, Hotel Management, Hospitality, Military/Police Studies, or related field preferred
● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel security, hospitality security, corporate security, or a similar environment, with supervisory experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of hotel security operations, access control, CCTV monitoring, emergency response, and incident management
● Previous experience in supervising and coordinating a security team in a hotel or large commercial environment preferred
● Good understanding of fire safety, emergency procedures, evacuation protocols, and workplace health and safety requirements
● Excellent observation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
● Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies, incidents, and challenging situations
● Strong integrity, professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
● Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, visitors, contractors, and external authorities
● Familiarity with security systems, CCTV, access control systems, incident reporting, and emergency equipment preferred
● Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, based on business requirements
● Knowledge of local security, safety, and regulatory requirements as applicable
