制定安保管理制度、巡逻路线、交接班规范，督导保安员落实岗位值守、园区巡逻、访客登记、车辆疏导、物品放行等工作；
处置治安纠纷、突发应急事件（盗窃、斗殴、火情等），落实安全联防工作，保障酒店人身、财产及设施安全；
统筹监控室管理，保障监控设备正常运行，规范调取查看监控录像；
开展安保团队培训、仪容仪表督导，管控安保物资与运维成本；
1年及以上同岗位主管经验；
持有消防设施操作员证、保安上岗证等相关资质证书；
熟知治安管理条例、消防法规及酒店安保全流程；
具备优秀的应急处置、沟通协调能力，做事严谨负责、执行力强；
退伍军人优先
