Under the guidanceof the Director of Engineer or his delegate, and within the limits of IHGpolicies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of secretarial andstore keeping work in maintaining the office and store and the relatedadministration.

Duties andResponsibilities工作职责：

· Coordinates and distributeswork orders to technical staff when ever required
· 根据需要，协调并分配工作单上的工作任务给技术人员

· Day-to-daysecretarial work including typing, filing, telexes, faxes, telephones, etc.
· 日常的文秘工作，包括打字，归档、电传、传真、电话等。

· Ensuresdistribution of documents, letters, telexes, faxes, memos, and information etc.on timely basis.
· 确保及时的发送文件，信件、电传、传真、备忘录及信息等。

· Arrangesinternal and external appointments.
· 安排内部和外部的日程预约。

· Preparemonthly staffs attendance record as required
· 根据要求，准备每月的员工出勤记录

· Ensuresthat house rules are followed and obeyed.
· 确保遵守酒店的规定。

· Ensurespunctual attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinate staff.
· 确保所有的下属员工按时上班并遵守工作时间表。

· Ensuresthat personal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed.

Familiar with computer operations and proficient in office software.

Those with relevant work experience in hotels are preferred.
