Your day to day

Are you an experienced sales professional ready to take on a dynamic role in a new hotel opening? Then you might be our new Sales Manager for the new Kimpton Main Frankfurt. You will oversee and implement all sales activities with a focus on the MICE and Lifestyle segment. This role involves developing new accounts and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth. 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Positioning of the hotel within the top hotels in Frankfurt and Representation on designated markets and segments
  • Creating and implementing sales plans as assigned that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and event sales, enhancing the image of the hotel new to the market
    and the local community
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key clients, the local community and expanding network with outside contacts
  • Actively participate and support DOSM in forecasting and goal setting. Participate in the annual budget process, and development of sales and marketing plans.

 

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in related field  
  • Two or more years of experience in sales in a hospitality setting 
  • Strong MICE network, further segments are beneficial
  • Strong sales mentality with good knowledge of local businesses trends
  • Lifestyle attitude, dynamic and highly innovative thinking, work well under pressure and in change
