Sales Manager – Government Sales
Are you driven by relationships and results? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Government Sales to join our commercial team and lead our efforts in building strong connections within Kuwait’s government and public sector. If you thrive in creating strategic partnerships and securing high-value accounts, this role is for you.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Proactively developing and managing key accounts within the Kuwait government and public sector.
Building long-term relationships with ministries, embassies, defense, oil, and other government-related organizations.
Creating and executing a clear sales action plan to meet revenue and market share targets.
Coordinating site visits, proposals, and negotiations that align with client requirements and our brand standards.
Collaborating with the Revenue, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.
Monitoring competitor activity and providing insights for pricing and positioning strategies.
Representing the hotel at government events, expos, and business development forums.
What we need from you:
Proven experience in a Sales Manager role within the hospitality sector, preferably with a focus on government clients in Kuwait.
Strong understanding of the Kuwait government procurement process and key decision-makers.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure and is results-focused.
Knowledge of Opera, Delphi, or similar hotel CRM and sales platforms is preferred.
