Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Source, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate, government, and leisure clients for rooms, events, and catering.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market research, networking, and site inspections.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to shape strategies.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Director of Sales to implement sales and marketing plans.
- Manage and update client databases in CRM systems.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with key accounts through consistent, personalized service.
- Conduct regular client visits, entertainment, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments for seamless service delivery.
- Handle inquiries, negotiations, and concerns professionally.
Financial & Reporting
- Contribute to monthly forecasts, budgets, and sales reports.
- Support promotional packages aligned with revenue goals.
- Monitor and control expenses for profitability.
Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and Events teams.
- Share best practices and support colleagues.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Some college and/or advanced training in sales or hospitality management is acceptable.
- 2 years of related experience in hotel sales, including experience handling government accounts, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, tenders, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak the local language fluently; English proficiency preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel for client visits, trade shows, and networking events as required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
