As our new Sales Manager – Travel Trade, you could be driving business growth by building strong partnerships and creating memorable travel experiences for our guests. From securing high-value travel trade accounts to maximizing revenue opportunities, you’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence.

 

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Developing and managing relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and travel trade partners to drive room nights and revenue
● Identifying new business opportunities within the travel trade segment and expanding the hotel’s market share
● Negotiating contracts, rates, and packages to ensure profitability while maintaining strong partner relationships
● Representing the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events
● Collaborating with marketing and revenue teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
● Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
● Maintaining accurate records of accounts, production, and sales activities in CRM systems
● Delivering exceptional partner experiences by ensuring smooth coordination between clients and hotel operations

 

What we need from you:

● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
● 3–5 years of relevant experience in hotel sales, with a strong focus on travel trade
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships
● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
● Knowledge of local and international travel markets
● Must speak local language(s)
● Willingness to travel for sales calls, trade shows, and client meetings
