  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Follow brand standards and operational procedures set by IHG.
  • Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.

 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
