- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and billing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow brand standards and operational procedures set by IHG.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
