1. 制定并执行区域销售策略与年度销售计划,达成公司设定的业绩目标;
2. 管理销售团队,包括人员配置、业务培训、绩效辅导与过程督导,提升团队整体作战能力;
3. 开拓与维护重点客户及渠道资源,推动大客户合作落地,提升市场份额与客户满意度;
4. 分析市场动态、竞品信息及客户需求,定期输出销售分析报告,为产品优化与营销决策提供支持;
5. 协同市场、产品、交付等部门,确保售前支持、合同签署、项目交付及回款等全流程高效协同。

1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理或相关专业优先,具备5年以上B2B销售经验,其中至少2年团队管理经验;
2. 熟悉行业市场格局与销售运作流程,具备成功带领团队完成千万级年度销售目标的实绩;
3. 具备优秀的客户洞察力、商务谈判能力及跨部门协作能力,能独立主导复杂项目销售全过程;
4. 具备良好的职业道德与合规意识,严格遵守《劳动法》《就业促进法》等法律法规,无违法违规记录;
5. 对不同背景的求职者一视同仁,不因民族、性别、宗教信仰、年龄、健康状况等设置不合理限制。
