- 帮助编制本部门的年度营业预算；编制月度销售报告（包括制定预算的费用和计划）用于区域、品牌和业主审阅
- 制定并传达每月预测（包括战略和计划），以实现预测收入和预算收入
- 确立并监控客户计划和目标，以实现酒店的销售和收入目标
- 就所有收益来源、渠道和细分市场，制定短期、中期和长期收益管理战略
- 优化渠道管理策略，在降低渠道成本的同时增加收入，为酒店推荐来自相应渠道和市场的合适业务，确保酒店的利润水平
- 完成业务案例并管理酒店的 RFP 流程与 IHG CRFP团队紧密合作，完成业务案例和RFP流程。
- 识别新的销售机会，与其他部门的负责人 合伙提升酒店收入
- 推动促销活动，并确保为宾客带来良好体验
- 与 IHG 职能团队和品牌团队紧密合作，积极推行相关战略，并围绕宾客关注的问题、销售机会、实施情况和品牌相关问题提供意见和反馈
- 与主要客户建立并保持良好关系，以赢得团体和/或会展业务，包括客房销售、餐饮销售及餐饮/宴会等业务
- 分析销售组织的工作效率，并就人员配置、配额、佣金和资源提出调整建议，以实现最佳成果
- 制定、管理和监控酒店的销售战略和计划，以此超越竞争对手；借助现有和未来客户抢占市场份额
- 定期监控酒店销售计划（包括大客户计划、目标客户计划和细分市场销售战略）的效果并做相应修改
- 就客户群保障、竞争威胁、增长和市场开发制定战术性营销计划
