As Sales Manager Leisure, you will be responsible for: 

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

Essential 

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the leisure segment to achieve and exceed revenue targets. 
  • Identify, solicit, and manage relationships with key leisure clients including DMC’s, TMC’s, tour operators, travel agencies, airlines, and online platforms. 
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client visits to build strong relationships and secure business. 
  • Attend trade shows, roadshows, and industry events to promote property and expand market reach. 
  • Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and packages. 
  • Prepare and analyze leisure segment sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking. 
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure client contracts and agreements are up to date. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market. 
  • Support in the planning and execution of FAM trips and familiarization events. 
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage post-stay feedback and follow-up. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 3 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on the leisure segment. 
  • Island resort destination experience is preferred.   
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong client networks. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of leisure distribution channels (local and international). 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/sales systems. 
  • Ability to travel globally for client meetings and industry events when needed. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented 
  • Strong command of English language is a must. German or Russian languages are preferred.

  • Comply with hotel rules and regulations and provisions contained in the employment handbook 
  • Comply with company’s grooming standards to portray a professional image of self and the hotel 
  • Comply with time and attendance policies set by the resort 
  • Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development 
  • Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene and fire life safety.
