Description for Internal and External Candidates

Are you a driven, relationship-focused professional with a passion for growing business? We are looking for a Sales Manager who will generate revenue, strengthen client partnerships, and expand the hotel’s market presence across key segments.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Proactively generating new business and managing existing corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade accounts.
  • Developing and executing sales action plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Conducting client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to promote hotel facilities and services.
  • Negotiating contracts, rates, and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Working closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and demand strategies.
  • Coordinating with Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of business.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and sales activities.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and sales documentation.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Government segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Hospitality or business-related qualifications will be an advantage.
