Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals.

Manage the performance of the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation.

Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and travel partners.

Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.

Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and brand standards.

Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with local and international corporate markets.

Experience with hotel brand standards.

Ability to analyze data and market trends.
