Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Generation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, travel agencies, and group segments.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Account Management
Monitor and manage key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Maintain a detailed client database and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for clients.
Market Research & Strategy Implementation
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies in line with hotel objectives.
Revenue & Reporting
Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the Sales Manager.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and forecasts.
Participate in budget planning and revenue strategies.
Collaboration & Representation
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote the hotel.
Work closely with the Front Office, Reservations, and Marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
Represent Holiday Inn Express professionally to all clients and external stakeholders.
