Conduct active distribution of product information and create awareness in the market and business segment or responsibility.

To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary.

.Degree or Diploma, and 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in meeting planning in Hospitality or a related service industry. Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.
