We're on the hunt for a team focused, client experience obsessed, Sales Coordinator to join our team. You’ll support the sales and reservations teams with sales support activities to assist in fulfilling our commercial strategy and deliver exceptional client experiences. 

A little taste of your day-to-day 

  • Be the vital link connecting our Sales, Revenue, and Reservations teams, by consolidating updates and sharing information proactively across teams
  • Assisting with preparing compelling proposals and contracts
  • Get hands-on with exciting sales initiatives - think site inspections, client entertainment, and familiarsation visits that showcase what makes us special
  • Be a consistent point of contact for clients, managing requests and issues with efficiency and professionalism
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of competitor activity and collate insights to inform our sales and revenue strategy
  • Assist with sales plans, campaigns and promotional activity for the hotel, including tradeshows

What we need from you 

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or administration environment
  • High attention to detail - you'll have a sharp eye and catch what others may miss
  • Confident and tenacious approach
  • Stellar client management skills with a knack for solving problems and staying organised
  • A solid grasp of market trends and what makes customers tick
  • Natural communication skills that help you connect with anyone
  • An ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet changing environments
  • A true team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to juggle priorities like a pro
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand
