Sales Coordinator 销售协调员

Job Responsibilities:
岗位职责：

Operate and maintain the hotel sales system to ensure the rationality and integrity of the hotel sales system data
1、操作并维护酒店销售系统，保证酒店销售系统数据的合理性与完整性

Assist in the smooth progress of sales activities
2、协助销售活动的顺利进行

Handle emails, faxes, and letters from the department, attend relevant meetings, and keep meeting records
3、处理部门的邮件、传真及信件，参加相关会议并做好会议记录等

Job requirements:
任职要求：

Familiar with the hotel industry, relevant work experience working in branded hotels is preferred, and knowledge of hotel catering, guest rooms, front desk and other business is preferred
1、熟悉酒店行业，在品牌酒店工作有相关工作经验优先，熟悉酒店餐饮、客房、前厅等业务知识优先

Priority given to those interested in pursuing a career in sales
2、有意从事销售工作者优先

Skilled in interpersonal communication, approachable, enthusiastic and friendly towards others, polite, outgoing, alert and flexible, diligent in work, etc
3、善于与人交际，有亲和力，待人热情、友善，有礼貌，性格外向、机警灵活、工作勤奋等
