3.尊重客人隐私，未经允许不进入房间
4.发现可疑人员或异常情况（如吵闹、破坏）及时上报
5.记录客人意见或投诉，转交上级或前台处理
6.遵守防火规定，熟悉消防器材位置及疏散流程

体力耐力：能适应长时间走动、搬运物品。
保密意识：不泄露客人隐私或酒店内部信息。.
