Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between departments to optimize guest satisfaction.
  • Manage room inventory, occupancy, and rate strategy in collaboration with Revenue Management.
  • Monitor and ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas. 
  • Champion the voco™ guest experience by delivering warm, thoughtful, and personal service.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Implement service recovery strategies and continuously improve guest satisfaction scores.
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing Rooms Division team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture aligned with voco’s brand values.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within upscale or lifestyle hotels.
  • Previous experience with IHG brands (especially voco) is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of rooms operations, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
  • Proficient in Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, and IHG systems.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve guest issues efficiently.
